BASIC MEMBERSHIP / WHAT YOU GET FOR $25 A YEAR YOUR LISTING: Your name will be displayed in the Art or Information Directory of your choice long with your contact information which can include your Email, website and other links that can all be activated from our site. A short paragraph you choose describing exactly what you do will be displayed below your name. This same listing will also be displayed in a single Category of your choice within that Directory. ACCESS TO THE MEMBER’S FORUM: With the Username and Password you will be given you can enter our Member’s Forum where you can review questions posted by both Visitors and other Members or you can post your own questions to other Members. You will be free to contact anyone you want directly and to post any art- related questions that you want. ELIGIBLE TO BE A NEWSROOM CONTRIBUTOR: As a Member you are also eligible to become a contributor to our NEWSROOM where you can post timely information you want other Members or the public to see. A MINI- WEBSITE FOR JUST $35 A YEAR For an additional $10 a year a thumbnail image of a photograph you submit will be displayed to the right of your listing. When clicked, that image will be enlarged on a separate page. Each additional image you submit will also be displayed on a separate page for an additional $5 per image a year.
THE PURPOSE OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP Any of the visitors to our website will want to find the information that they want as quickly and easily as possible. With only one “click” on the Art or Information Directory of their interest visitors can scroll directly to your listing. If your listing would be in the Photography Directory and also in the Category of “Photographers,” with just another click, visitors could find your information in both locations. Most visitors will also be shopping for the kind of art or information that they want. When our Directories are fully populated, visitors will be able to scroll through hundreds of artists in a matter of minutes. The purpose of your listing is to make them stop scrolling and look at you. After sparking their interest, visitors can read your statement, look at the image (s) you have displayed or look at your website on our site. Then they can contact you directly. Beyond the benefit of your listing, as a Member you can also continually review questions submitted to the Member’s Forum by visitors and other Members. Perhaps you could be that Mime who is needed for a birthday party or the drummer who is needed by another Member for her band. With your access to the Member’s Forum you can ask for advice from other Members or advertise the sale of any art-related item. In essence, the benefits of being a Member of our Directory are unlimited.
